One Year Ago Today…
One year ago today, on March 14, 2020, we came home and parked the bus for the longest period of time in the record of this ministry. It was a time of uncertainty for both us and you all. We entered a global pandemic, a lock down and unintentionally, MTQ sang 87 dates the whole year. As hard as that time was and as much as we want to tuck it away in the past, we can’t let this day slip by without giving a quick testimony. We can truly say that God has provided. And looking back on that provision, we are speechless.
Because of the faithfulness of God and His people, MTQ has come out the other side of this valley. On February 10th of 2021, we left for our first full weekend since the quarantine began. We’ve not had a need that God has not met and we are so humbled and grateful.
We now know what the Psalm writer experienced when he wrote these words…
“I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” – Psalm 37:25
We thank the Lord for His faithfulness and we thank you, our road family for every prayer and support you’ve given us. You have been in this together with us, and we can’t express with words how much that means to us. Only eternity will be able to tell! Through this process, we’ve learned that it’s by nothing we have done, but somehow, a part of God’s sovereign will that He’ll continue to use this ministry in the days to come.
All the glory, we give to God!
