“Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the blessings of God in our lives. This year I’m especially thankful for
those in our MTQ family – LaResa Trammell, Nick, Jessica, Tessa, and Charlie Trammell; Randy and Tracy Byrd; Blake and Lauren Buffin; and Thomas and Nancy Gilmore. The sacrifices that these people make are THE reason God continues to bless our ministry. Their prayer and unconditional love can positively and literally change the lives of people around the world. One day at a time, one soul at a time. All for the glory of God!
Psalm 1:1-2 is a great “life verse” for me. It is not only a daily challenge but a constant reminder that God rewards a thankful heart and an obedient spirit.
“Blessed is the man who walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. For his delight is in the law of the Lord. And in His law doth he meditate day and night.”
The second verse of God’s Been Faithful fits me like a glove. Such reality and such comfort that God WILL continue to be faithful to the end! As an old preacher friend of mine once said, “God’s work, done God’s way, receives God’s supply.” He truly has been faithful to me.”
